Registration

If you have not yet registered then you need to fill in the registration form.

• Name: this is how you will be shown on the consultation system. Any responses you submit, or email discussions you partake in will show this name alongside them.
• Email Address: this must be a valid email address and will be used as your login user id. As part of the registration process an email message will be sent to this address to verify that it is correct - follow the instructions in this email to complete the registration process.
• Password: this is used with your email address to allow you to login to the consultation system. If you ever forget your password you can click on the Forgot Password link on the login page and a new password will be emailed to you.
